Get ready to sweat, push your limits, and achieve your fitness goals at the Body Blitz Bootcamp! This high-energy, in-person event will take place on Saturdays, at 11:00 AM in the heart of beautiful San Diego, CA.
Located in an outdoor park at 3451 Mt. Acadia Blvd San Diego, CA, 92111 we will use body weight resistance to fire up those muscles. Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or a beginner looking to jumpstart your fitness journey, this bootcamp is designed to challenge and inspire you.
During this intense and invigorating session, our experienced trainer will guide you through a variety of exercises that target different muscle groups, improve cardiovascular endurance, and enhance overall strength. From heart-pumping cardio drills to strength-building circuits, you'll engage in a full-body workout that will leave you feeling accomplished and energized.
At the Body Blitz Bootcamp, we prioritize community and support. You'll have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who share your passion for fitness and well-being. About Me
After launching Deadlifts4Donuts, I recognized my strong desire to share my personal experience with dieting and food over the years. I'm a child of the 90's when diet culture was at an all time high- I witnessed first hand all the women around me trying every fad diet that graced the cover of magazines at the time.
At just 11 years old I went on my very first diet and this grew into a lifetime of dieting and over exercising. The obsession only deepened in my 20s; I would severely restrict what I ate during the week only to binge on the weekends. I was miserable and knew there had to be a better way than counting every single calorie & carb that went into my body..
It wasn't until years later when I worked with my very own Nutrition Coach and found what I now call 'Food Freedom'. Since then I've made it my life's mission to educate and help women who feel their worth is tied to the scale or the amount of calories they've taken in.
I'm here to tell the world my secret; You can have your cake and eat it too!
Jenna is a NASM Certified Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer. She lives in San Diego, California with her husband Brian and their dog, Shay. When she is not in the gym or coaching clients she enjoys hanging at the beach, surfing or exploring new restaurants.
